WHAT DO I MEAN BY COACHING AND WHEN IS COACHING SUPPORT HELPFUL?

A wide variety of concerns can lead to your wish to be accompanied in an inner or outer developmental step.

The aim is to reflect on your own issues and problems for which you have not yet found a suitable solution on your own. In every situation, a mixture of personality, private and professional environment always plays a role.

Coaching gives you the opportunity to look at a situation from different perspectives and to recognise influences. It is about becoming more aware of one’s own abilities, knowledge, values, experiences and desires.

In challenging times, access to one’s own strengths and their diversity is not always easy. Through a change of perspective, you achieve an increase in your scope for action and together we work out different options, decision-making approaches and solutions.

means adapting individually to your questions and your very personal topic. In an initial conversation we clarify which scope currently seems appropriate. Together we work out what your goal and wishes are, as well as what should change as a result of the coaching. I support you primarily by asking questions. The solution lies within yourself. By mirroring what I perceive, this can lead to a self-image/external image comparison and you get to know your own resources better. Methodically, I work with “fantasy journeys” in addition to the reflection questions. Constellation work or mindfulness exercises can also be woven in. We always look at different perspectives and their dependencies that lead to this situation. This means that we also look at what would happen if there were a change in your environment.

What effects would this have on your private environment? What would be different then?

Within the coaching sessions I perceive you in a holistic way. This can also contribute to solutions and send messages. Building trust is the basis of coaching. It is important to me that I take your fears and wishes seriously and that we go on a journey of exploration together with curiosity.

In the area of professional change, position determination and career, it is my concern to accompany you in discovering your strengths and finding the right place for yourself. What can and do you really want to move and how do you increase your effectiveness in the professional environment? Due to my deep experience in the field of human resources, from counselling, recruiting, mentoring and up to the development of organisations, executives and employees, accompaniment with different focal points is possible. Outside of classic coaching, I also support the preparation of job interviews if required, check application documents, prepare presentations for interviews with you and support you in your contract negotiations.

Coaching are both in German and English possible.
