Workshop at Lufthansa Technik: Empower Your Presence

On Saturday, 31 August 2024, I had the pleasure of leading my workshop “Empower Your Presence” with an inspiring group of female executives from Lufthansa Technik in Hamburg – a day full of exploration, lightness, and mutual appreciation.

With great openness and curiosity, we worked together to sharpen awareness of personal presence and explore the alignment between self-image and how others perceive us. Each participant had the chance to discover her Top 5 individual colours. A particular highlight for me was witnessing how facets of personality were recognised – and strengthened in the process!

The workshop offered space for deep reflection and provided valuable insights into colour, style, and personal impact. I was genuinely moved by the fantastic feedback and the joy we shared throughout the day.

It was a truly enriching experience with an inspiring group of women – and I’m already looking forward to future workshops.
